About Joe and Susie We first met at Quinnipiac University in Hamden, CT in 1998. After three years of flirting with one another while dating the wrong people we finally ended up together in 2001. We quickly became the best of friends and were engaged in just two short years. While planning a wedding in Pennsylvania , we moved from Connecticut to Washington state in 2004 to be closer to our beloved Cascade Mountains and to get a break from the rat race on the east coast. Along with our black labradour retriever, Cascade (aka Little Dukes), we enjoy mountaineering in Cascades of western Washington.
